Lanxcoat-ml (mulite Based Coating)

LANXCOAT-ML is a unique refractory coating designed primarily to increase the refractory lining and service life of new and existing refractory and fibre linings. Lanxcoat can be used for service temperatures upto 1475°c on Dense Refractory Bricks, Fibre & Castable linings..

Lanxcoat-si (silicon Carbide Coating)

Our LANXCOAT-SI Ceramic Coating is used in the heat treatment industry where the working temperature is between 300°c-1800°c.LANXCOAT-SI makes the lining surface highly emissive and radiate up to 95% of the energy. When hot face emissivity of a substrate is increased by applying coating, radiant energy from the burner or electric arcs and convective heat from contact with the furnace gases are absorbed and reradiated..

Lanxcoat-zi (zirconium Based Coating)

LANXCOAT-ZI is a special coating based on Monocline Zirconium Oxide. Zirconium oxide shows a substantially better stability and temperature stress up to 1900°c. It is preferably used as protection and interface for refractory bricks, ceramic fibre, graphite and ceramic crucibles, as well as for coating kiln furniture, supports and trays.
